1. 2 lb. Tyson Fresh All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 4 breasts) -
2. 2 c. panko bread crumbs -
3. 4 large eggs, beaten -
4. 1/2 c. all-purpose flour -
5. Kosher salt -
6. Freshly ground black pepper -
7. Vegetable oil, for frying -
8. 1/3 c. Hot sauce -
9. 4 tbsp. melted butter -
10. 1 tbsp. honey -
11. 2 pieces buffalo glazed chicken -
12. 8 slider rolls -
13. 8 thin tomato slices -
14. 8 butterhead lettuce leaves -
15. 1/3 c. ranch dressing -
16. Hot sauce, for drizzling -
17. 2 pieces buffalo glazed chicken -
18. 1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, cubed and softened -
19. 1/2 c. ricotta -
20. 2 tbsp. hot sauce, plus more for serving -
21. 1 tbsp. lemon juice -
22. 1 tbsp. freshly chopped dill  -
23. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder -
24. 2 green onions, sliced, plus more for serving -
25. 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese -
26. Pita chips, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Glazed Chicken Two Ways

1. Stage

Prepare breading station in three shallow bowls: one bowl with panko, another with the egg, and a third bowl with flour. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat each piece of chicken in flour and shake off excess. Dip chicken into egg mixture and then into panko. Repeat steps for remaining chicken and set aside on a plate.

2. Stage

In a deep cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add 1/4" oil. When pan is hot but not smoking, add chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.

3. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk together hot sauce, butter, and honey. Transfer chicken to a plate and drizzle both sides with hot sauce mixture. Serve immediately.

Slice each piece of buffalo glazed chicken into thick slices.

5. Stage

Top each bottom slider bun with lettuce, tomato, two pieces buffalo glazed chicken, ranch dressing, and a drizzle of hot sauce. Top with top bun and serve.

Cut two pieces of buffalo glazed chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta, hot sauce, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder, and stir until smooth. Fold in half the chopped buffalo glazed chicken and green onions. Transfer to a serving bowl. 

8. Stage

Top with remaining buffalo glazed chicken, blue cheese, green onion, and a generous drizzle of hot sauce and serve with pita chips, celery, and carrots.
