1. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
2. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Ground lamb - 1 pound
4. Grated onion - 3 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
6. Ground coriander - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon - ½ tablespoon
9. Ground allspice - ½ teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
11. Ground ginger - ¼ teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes - 28

How to cook deliciously - Kofta Kebabs

1. Stage

Mix garlic into lamb with onion, parsley, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, cayenne pepper, ginger, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well blended. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Form mixture into 28 balls. Form each ball around the tip of a skewer, flattening it into a 2-inch oval; repeat with remaining skewers. Place kebabs onto a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 12 hours. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
