Ingredients for - Caramelized Onion Dip

1. 2 large onions, finely chopped -
2. 2 tablespoons olive oil -
3. 3/4 cup sour cream -
4. 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt -
5. 3 teaspoons onion powder -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. Potato chips, corn chips and/or assorted fresh vegetables -

How to cook deliciously - Caramelized Onion Dip

1. Stage

In a large skillet, saute the onions in the olive oil until they're softened. Reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes or until they're a deep golden brown. Let the onions cool completely.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, onion powder and salt. Stir in two-thirds of the cooked onions.

3. Stage

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and top it with the remaining onions. Serve with chips and vegetables.
