2. Shredded Italian cheese blend - ½ cup
3. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
4. Egg - 1 large
5. Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add cauliflower, cover, and steam until tender, about 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
