Ingredients for - Air Fryer Calamari

1. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
2. Egg - 1 large
3. Milk - ¼ cup
4. Panko bread crumbs - 2 cups
5. Sea salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Calamari rings, patted dry - 1 pound
8. Nonstick cooking spray - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Calamari

1. Stage

Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place flour in a bowl. Whisk egg and milk in a separate bowl. Combine panko, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.

3. Stage

Coat calamari rings first in flour, then in egg mixture, and finally in panko mixture.

4. Stage

Place rings in the basket of the air fryer so that none overlap. Work in batches if needed. Spray tops with nonstick cooking spray.

5. Stage

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 4 minutes. Flip rings, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and cook until browned and crispy, about 3 minutes more.
