Ingredients for - Super Crab Sandwich

1. Unsliced French bread - 1 loaf
2. Mayonnaise, or as needed - 2 tablespoons
3. Mustard, or as needed - 2 tablespoons
4. Surimi (imitation crabmeat) - 16 ounces
5. Muenster cheese - 4 slices
6. Olby-Jack cheese - 4 slices
7. Tomato, sliced - 1 large
8. Avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced - 1
9. Alfalfa sprouts - 2 cups
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Super Crab Sandwich

1. Stage

Slice loaf in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard the center portion of each half to make a hollow. Spread mayonnaise over bottom piece; spread mustard over top piece.

2. Stage

Fill bottom hollow with surimi. Cover with Muenster and Colby-Jack cheese, then layer with tomato, avocado, and sprouts. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with top piece and slice across loaf to make 6 sandwiches.
