Ingredients for - Beef Stroganoff

1. Beef chuck roast - 2 pounds
2. Salt - ½ teaspoon
3. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
4. Butter - 4 ounces
5. Green onions, sliced (white parts only) - 4
6. All-purpose flour - 4 tablespoons
7. Condensed beef broth - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
8. Prepared mustard - 1 teaspoon
9. Sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 (6 ounce) can
10. Sour cream - ⅓ cup
11. White wine - ⅓ cup
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Beef Stroganoff

1. Stage

Remove any fat and gristle from chuck roast; cut into strips 1/2-inch thick by 2-inches long. Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper.
