1. Beef chuck roast 2 pounds
2. Salt ½ teaspoon
3. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
4. Butter 4 ounces
5. Green onions, sliced (white parts only) 4

7. Condensed beef broth 1 (10.5 ounce) can
8. Prepared mustard 1 teaspoon
9. Sliced mushrooms, drained 1 (6 ounce) can
10. Sour cream ⅓ cup
11. White wine ⅓ cup
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ⅓ cup

1 . Stage

Remove any fat and gristle from chuck roast; cut into strips 1/2-inch thick by 2-inches long. Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper.
