Ingredients for - Tomato-Basil Salad

1. Tomatoes, sliced - 4
2. Onion, sliced and halved - 1
3. Fresh basil leaves, or to taste - ¼ cup
4. Shredded mozzarella cheese - ½ cup
5. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
7. Oregano - ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Tomato-Basil Salad

1. Stage

Place tomato slices around the edge of a plate overlapping slightly, tucking in halved onion slices and basil leaves between tomato slices. Put shredded mozzarella cheese in center of plate.

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl; drizzle over tomatoes.
