1. Plum tomatoes, thickly sliced - 2
2. Buffalo mozzarella, thickly sliced - 3 (4 ounce) balls
3. Avocado, cubed - 1
4. English cucumber, peeled and sliced - ½
5. Green olives - ½ cup
6. Canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - ½ cup
7. Torn fresh basil leaves - 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
9. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
10. Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Caprese Plus

1. Stage

Divide tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado, cucumber, green olives, artichoke hearts, and basil between two serving plates, layering them in that order. Season with salt and pepper.
