2. Buffalo mozzarella, thickly sliced 3 (4 ounce) balls
3. Avocado, cubed 1
4. English cucumber, peeled and sliced ½
5. Green olives ½ cup
6. Canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped ½ cup
7. Torn fresh basil leaves 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
9. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
10. Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Caprese Plus

1 . Stage

Divide tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado, cucumber, green olives, artichoke hearts, and basil between two serving plates, layering them in that order. Season with salt and pepper.
