1. Stage
Pour the flour into a bowl, add the cold butter and chop it (you can grate it). Mix with your hands, add the egg and salt. Knead a stiff dough. If necessary - add flour, and if the dough is tightly kneaded, add 1 tablespoon of cold water.

Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the filling: separate the yolks from the whites, add cottage cheese to the yolks and mix. Then add finely chopped greens and lemon juice.

Whites whip into a thick foam and add to the cottage cheese. Stir to mix. Season with salt and pepper and add paprika.

Grease a baking dish and place the dough in it, making a high rim. Place the filling on top of the dough.

Bake the pie in a preheated 180˚C oven for 35-40 minutes.
