1. Frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®) - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Brown gravy - ½ cup
3. Diced ham - ¼ cup
4. Shredded Swiss cheese - ¼ cup
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup
6. Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 3 slices
7. Chopped fresh chives - 1 teaspoon
8. 4 smokey bacon cheddar cheese curds - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Place potato nuggets on a baking sheet in an even layer and bake until lightly browned and crisp, about 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with gravy, diced ham, Swiss cheese, and Cheddar cheese. Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
