Ingredients for - Chicken and Bacon Pasta Salad with Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard

1. Skinless chicken breast fillets 2
2. Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
3. Salt and freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon
4. Thin sliced bacon, rinded and chopped 6 slices
5. Fusilli (or other ridged pasta shape) 8 ounces
6. Olive oil for drizzling 8 ounces
7. Onions, trimmed and sliced on the slant 8
8. Maille® Dijon Originale mustard 3 tablespoons
9. Finely chopped flat parsley 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Chicken and Bacon Pasta Salad with Maille® Dijon Originale Mustard

1 . Stage

Heat griddle to smoking. Rub chicken breasts with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on griddle and cook on both sides until chicken is cooked through.

2 . Stage

At the same time, fry bacon pieces in a non-stick pan. Drain on paper towel. Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water until just al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.

3 . Stage

Transfer all to a large bowl with sliced onions and mix Maille® Dijon Originale mustard into salad.

4 . Stage

Season. Toss lightly. Serve in bowls sprinkled with parsley.
