Ingredients for - Chicken Piccata

1. 2 tbsp. olive oil -
2. 4 chicken breasts -
3. 1 c. flour -
4. 1 oz. capers -
5. 2 lemons -
6. 1 c. white wine -
7. 1 c. chicken stock -
8. 1 lb. fresh pasta (or dried, we use fettuccine) -
9. 1 c. Parmigiano Reggiano -
10. 1/2 stick butter -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Piccata

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Dredge chicken in flour and place in pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes or until nice and brown.

2. Stage

Flip chicken and add capers, lemon juice, and white wine. Allow to reduce by half.

3. Stage

Add chicken stock and reduce by half again.

4. Stage

Cook pasta to al dente and add in to chicken mixture, allowing some pasta water into pan. This will help thicken sauce.

5. Stage

Toss pasta and chicken mixture together, adding cheese and butter as you toss. Serve immediately to the people you love. Bon appétit!
