7. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
8. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
9. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
10. Baking soda - 1 ¼ teaspoons
11. Kosher salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
13. Semi-sweet chocolate chunks - ½ cup
14. Pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds) - ½ cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.

Stir zucchini, apple, eggs, brown sugar, olive oil, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
