Ingredients for - Chocolate Truffles

1. 8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped  -
2. 1 tbsp. butter -
3. 1/2 c. heavy cream  -
4. 1/3 c. dutch cocoa powder   -
5. 4 oz. melted dark chocolate  -
6. 4 oz. melted white chocolate  -
7. Flaky sea salt  -
8. Crushed candy canes  -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Truffles

1. Stage

In a medium heatproof bowl, add chopped chocolate and butter. In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour heavy cream over chocolate and let sit 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. 

2. Stage

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop ganache and roll into smooth balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate again until firm, about 30 minutes more.
