1. 2 packages (3 ounces each) raspberry gelatin -
2. 1 cup boiling water -
3. 1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce -
4. 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained -
5. 1 cup orange juice -
6. Sugared cranberries, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Cran-Raspberry Gelatin Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in the cranberry sauce, pineapple and orange juice. Pour into a 6-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray.

2. Stage

Cover and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Unmold onto a serving platter. If desired, garnish with sugared cranberries.
