1. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
2. Cracked black pepper - 1 teaspoon
3. Seasoned salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Garlic powder (Optional) - ¼ teaspoon
5. Beef cube steaks - 1 pound
6. Olive oil - ½ cup
7. Beef broth - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Country-Style Steak

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix flour, black pepper, seasoned salt, and garlic powder together in a shallow bowl. Coat cube steaks thoroughly with flour mixture, patting flour onto steaks to get a good coating. Retain 3 tablespoons of seasoned flour.
