2. 1/3 c. lime juice -
3. 3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro -
4. 1 tbsp. hot sauce (such as Cholula) -
5. 1/2 tsp. cumin -
6. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
7. 1 c. black beans -
8. 1 small red onion, finely chopped -
9. 1 c. corn kernels -
10. 1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered -
11. 1 c. black-eyed peas -
12. 2 orange bell peppers, chopped -
13. 1 avocado, chopped -
14. Tortilla chips, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Cowboy Caviar

1. Stage

In a small bowl, make dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, hot sauce, cumin, and salt. Set aside.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing until well combined. Serve with chips.
