2. Pitted cherries 3 cups
3. White sugar, divided 10 tablespoons
4. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
5. Gluten-free all purpose baking flour 1 cup
6. Vanilla powder 1 teaspoon
7. Ground nutmeg 1 teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Cube butter and place in freezer until firm, about 15 minutes.

Preheat air fryer to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Combine pitted cherries, 2 tablespoons sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl; mix well. Pour cherry mixture into baking dish.
