1. Cinnamon bread 8 slices
2. Eggs 2
3. Egg white 1
4. White sugar ⅓ cup
5. 2% low-fat milk 1 ½ cups
6. Maple syrup ½ cup
7. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
8. Ground nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt ¼ teaspoon
10. Fat-free caramel sauce 6 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Maple Caramel Bread Pudding

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut bread into 3/4 inch cubes. Arrange cubes in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Whisk together the eggs, egg white and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the milk, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour mixture over bread.
