1. Cinnamon bread - 8 slices
2. Eggs - 2
3. Egg white - 1
4. White sugar - ⅓ cup
5. 2% low-fat milk - 1 ½ cups
6. Maple syrup - ½ cup
7. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
9. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Fat-free caramel sauce - 6 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Maple Caramel Bread Pudding

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut bread into 3/4 inch cubes. Arrange cubes in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Whisk together the eggs, egg white and sugar in a bowl. Stir in the milk, syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour mixture over bread.

Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned on top and middle is set, about 40 minutes.
