2. White sugar - 1 cup
3. Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained - 1 (8 ounce) can
4. Butter, melted - ½ cup
5. Raisins (Optional) - ½ cup
6. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ¼ cup
7. Bread, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 12 slices
8. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Pineapple Bread Pudding with Raisins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.

Beat eggs and sugar in a large bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in pineapple, butter, raisins, and walnuts; stir in bread until well coated. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
