Ingredients for - Drunken Shrimp Cocktail

1. 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined -
2. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. Kosher salt -
4. Freshly ground black pepper -
5. 1 1/2 c. tomato juice -
6. 6 oz. vodka -
7. 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
8. 1 tbsp. horseradish -
9. 2 tsp. Hot sauce -
10. Juice of 1/2 a lemon -
11. Slice of lemon, for rimming -
12. 1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning -
13. Parsley, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Drunken Shrimp Cocktail

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400°.

2. Stage

Place shrimp on a medium baking sheet and toss with oil. Season with salt and pepper and bake until pink and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Stage

In a small pitcher, combine tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, hot sauce and lemon juice. Stir to combine.

4. Stage

Wet shot glass rims with a slice of lemon and dip in Old Bay. Fill with cocktail mixture and garnish with shrimp and a piece of parsley.
