1. Cooking spray -
2. 2 (1-lb.) bags frozen tater tots -
3. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
4. 1 lb. ground beef -
5. 1 tbsp. taco seasoning -
6. 1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered -
7. 1 c. black beans -
8. 1 jalapeño, sliced -
9. 1 c. shredded cheddar -
10. 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack -
11. Sour cream, for serving -
12. Guacamole, for serving -
13. Freshly chopped cilantro, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Best Totchos

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 450° and grease a 9”-x-13” baking dish with cooking spray. Add tater tots and bake until crispy, 20 minutes. 

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add beef and cook until no longer pink, 6 minutes. Drain fat. 

3. Stage

Top tater tots with beef, tomatoes, black beans, jalapeños, and cheeses. 

4. Stage

Top with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro before serving.
