1. Confectioners' sugar 2 ½ cups
2. Creamy peanut butter 2 cups
3. Melted margarine ½ cup
4. Brown sugar ½ cup
5. Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
6. Chocolate chips 1 (12 ounce) bag

How to cook deliciously - Easy Buckeye Bars

1 . Stage

Grease a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.

2 . Stage

Mix confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl. Press peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan.

3 . Stage

Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.

4 . Stage

Pour melted chocolate evenly over peanut butter layer. Let buckeye bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
