Ingredients for - Easy Buckeye Bars

1. Confectioners' sugar - 2 ½ cups
2. Creamy peanut butter - 2 cups
3. Melted margarine - ½ cup
4. Brown sugar - ½ cup
5. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
6. Chocolate chips - 1 (12 ounce) bag

How to cook deliciously - Easy Buckeye Bars

1. Stage

Grease a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan.

2. Stage

Mix confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla together in a bowl. Press peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan.

3. Stage

Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching.

4. Stage

Pour melted chocolate evenly over peanut butter layer. Let buckeye bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
