1. Juice of 1 lime -
2. 1/8 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 1/2 tbsp. honey -
4. 1/4 tsp. ground cumin -
5. 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 12 oz. Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips -
9. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced -
10. 1/2 medium white onion, thinly sliced -
11. 1 large head of romaine, chopped -
12. 1 avocado, thinly sliced -

How to cook deliciously - Fajita Chicken Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, cumin, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat Tyson frozen strips until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.

Add peppers and onions to skillet and increase heat to medium-high and grill until charred and soft, 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine romaine, chicken, peppers and onions, and avocado and toss with dressing.
