1. Olive oil 2 cups
2. Sun-dried tomatoes, sliced ½ cup
3. Sliced black olives 1 (2 ounce) can
4. Chopped fresh basil ⅔ cup
5. Tomatoes, seeded and chopped 5 ½ pounds
6. Chopped fresh chives ½ cup
7. Ground black pepper 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
10. Garlic, minced 4 cloves
11. Farfalle pasta 1 (16 ounce) package
12. Crumbled feta cheese (Optional) 8 ounces

1 . Stage

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sun dried tomatoes, olives, basil, tomatoes, chives, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Marinate for 3 hours.

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain.

Pour sauce over hot pasta, and toss lightly. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired.
