Before we do the fish, let's make the jelly. Pour gelatin into a saucepan, dilute it with cold water, stir well.

Squeeze the juice of two lemons, 30-50 grams leave for greasing the fish, pour the rest in gelatin, add 1/2 tsp. turmeric for color, and heat over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.

Now it's time to take care of the fish. We wash, clean, remove the insides, make incisions on the fish and pour the rest of the lemon juice on it, salt and pepper it on both sides. Bread the plaice in flour. Heat a mixture of butter and olive oil in a frying pan, put the fish in the pan.

In the pan, where the fish is cooked, add half of the unpeeled onion and chili pepper, 2 cloves of garlic (do not peel). After 2-3 minutes pour honey over the fish and cook it.
