Ingredients for - Garlic Bread Shrimp

1. 1 loaf frozen garlic bread -
2. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 2 large eggs -
4. 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined -
5. Cooking spray, for pan -
6. Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish -
7. Freshly grated Parmesan, for serving -
8. Cooked spaghetti, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Bread Shrimp

1. Stage

Bake frozen garlic bread according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400º.

2. Stage

Break up garlic bread into smaller pieces and blend in a blender until coarse crumbs form. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in olive oil.

3. Stage

Transfer bread crumb mixture to a large resealable plastic bag.

4. Stage

In a small bowl, whisk eggs. Add shrimp and toss until coated, then transfer to plastic bag.

5. Stage

Seal and toss until shrimp are fully coated.

6. Stage

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Add shrimp and bake until pink, 10 minutes.

7. Stage

Garnish with parsley and Parmesan and serve with spaghetti.
