1. Carrots, peeled 1 pound
2. Salted butter, melted 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
6. Minced fresh parsley (Optional) 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Roasted Carrots

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2 . Stage

Slice carrots on the diagonal into 1/4-inch-thick slices and place into a bowl. Drizzle with butter; stir in fresh garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.

Roast in the preheated oven until carrots are lightly caramelized and soft, 20 to 22 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
