1. 1 large head of cabbage, cut into ½"-thick rounds
2. Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
3. Kosher salt
4. Freshly ground black pepper
5. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
6. Chopped cooked bacon, for serving
7. Crumbled blue cheese, for serving
8. Freshly chopped scallions, for serving
9. Ranch dressing, for serving

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Cabbage Steaks

1 . Stage

Heat grill over medium-high heat. Brush cabbage steaks on both sides with oil and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Place on grill and cook until tender, about 5 minutes per side.
