1. Heirloom carrots, peeled 5 large
2. Thinly sliced radishes 1 cup
3. Green onions, finely chopped 2 medium
4. Chopped fresh parsley (Optional) 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh cilantro (Optional) 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh mint (Optional) 1 tablespoon
7. Black sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, finely chopped 2 cloves
9. Lime, juiced 1 medium
10. Honey 1 tablespoon
11. Extra-virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons
12. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 4 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Heirloom Carrot and Radish Salad

1 . Stage

Use a vegetable peeler to peel each carrot lengthwise into long strands. Place in a bowl with radishes, green onions, parsley, cilantro, and mint.

2 . Stage

Combine garlic and lime juice in a small bowl and let sit for 2 minutes. Add honey, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour olive oil in slowly, while whisking constantly until dressing is smooth.
