2. Fresh lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons
3. Unsalted butter, chilled 4 tablespoons
4. Unsalted butter, melted ¾ cup

Place egg yolks into a small saucepan; whisk until lemon yellow and slightly thick, about 1 minute. Whisk in lemon juice until combined. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
