Tomatoes are washed and cut into quarters.

Place all the chopped tomatoes in a large saucepan.

Onion sliced into half rings.

Peeled garlic cloves also finely chop.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot with the tomatoes.

Add all the spices (curry, ginger, chili), raisins, salt, and vinegar to the vegetables. Cover the pot with a lid, put it on the stove, turn on low heat and stew our vegetable mixture for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
