Ingredients for - Hot Dog Chili

1. 1 lb. ground beef -
2. 1/4 c. tomato paste -
3. 1 tbsp. yellow mustard -
4. 2 tsp. brown sugar -
5. 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
6. 2 tsp. chili powder -
7. 1 tsp. garlic powder -
8. 1 tsp. onion powder -
9. Kosher salt -
10. Freshly ground black pepper -
11. 1/2 c. water -
12. Grilled hot dogs, for serving -
13. Hot dog buns, for serving  -
14. Shredded cheddar, for serving -
15. Chopped white onion, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Hot Dog Chili

1. Stage

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink, 6 minutes. Drain fat and return to heat.

2. Stage

Add tomato paste and cook until slightly darkened in color, 2 minutes. Add mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine, then add water and bring to a simmer. Cook until all water is evaporated, 5 minutes. 

3. Stage

Serve over hot dogs, then top with cheddar and onions.
