4. Ground white pepper to taste - 8
5. Garlic, crushed - 4 cloves
6. Extra virgin olive oil - ½ cup
7. Fresh lemon juice - 1 cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place chicken and potatoes in a large baking dish. Season generously with salt and white pepper.
