4. Ground white pepper to taste 8
5. Garlic, crushed 4 cloves

7. Fresh lemon juice 1 cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place chicken and potatoes in a large baking dish. Season generously with salt and white pepper.
