3. Classic coleslaw mix - 1 (14 ounce) package
4. Onion, chopped - 1 large
5. Beef broth - 2 (14 ounce) cans
6. Crushed tomatoes in puree - 1 (28 ounce) can
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Light brown sugar - ½ cup
9. Fresh lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Long-grain rice - ⅓ cup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Add coleslaw mix and onion; cook for 4 minutes. Add broth, tomatoes, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
