6. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
7. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Spray a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with cooking spray. Place oven rack on the lowest level.
