How to cook deliciously - Lemon cake
1. Stage
We take cookies like Jubilee in Russia. In Ukraine, Buratino from Konti or any similar will do. You need 250g or 14-16 pieces. Grind in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.

Mix with melted butter and sugar (optional and to taste), place in mold, press firmly to prevent cracks from forming during baking
3. Stage
Put the base of our cake in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes at 170-180 degrees, then take it out and let it cool a bit
4. Stage
Mix the yolks with lemon zest and juice, add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly with a whisk
5. Stage
Pour the mixture over the base and put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 170-180 degrees
6. Stage
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt. When the mixture begins to foam, add sugar to taste. Spread the whipped whites on the cake. Try not to spread them too much, leave peaks and waves. Return the pie to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170-180 degrees, until the whites are beige-brown. You could do it without them, but why transfer the product:-)
7. Stage
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool. Bon appetit.
