5. White sugar, or to taste - 1 cup
6. All-purpose flour - 6 tablespoons
7. Chopped rhubarb, or more to taste - 2 cups
8. Shredded coconut - 1 cup
9. Lemon juice - 6 tablespoons
10. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Rhubarb Bars

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix 2 cups flour, butter, and 1/2 cup white sugar together in a bowl until crumbly; press into the bottom of a 12x9-inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven until crust is light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
