3. Finely grated zest of 1 lemon (about 1 teaspoon) -
4. Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 to 3 tablespoons) -
5. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme leaves -
6. Coarse salt -
7. Ground pepper -

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, and thyme; season with salt and pepper.
