1. Elbow macaroni 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Ripe avocados, peeled and pitted 2
3. Shredded smoked Cheddar cheese 1 cup
4. Cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon
5. Crumbled cooked bacon ½ cup
6. Crumbled bread crumbs ½ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add macaroni and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes. Drain and transfer to an 8x15-inch baking dish.
