6. Green apple, peeled and finely chopped 1 large
7. Sultana raisins 1 ¼ cups
8. White sugar 1 ⅛ cups
9. Dried currants ½ cup
10. Raisins ½ cup
11. Butter ½ cup
12. Chopped almonds ½ cup
13. Grated orange zest 1 ½ tablespoons
14. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
15. Brandy 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Mincemeat

1 . Stage

Prepare mixed spice: Combine cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice in a bowl. Reserve 1 heaped teaspoon for the mincemeat. Store the rest in a small jar for a later use.

2 . Stage
