1. 1/2 cup butter, softened -
2. 1 cup sugar -
3. 4 large eggs, room temperature -
4. 1 can (16 ounces) chocolate syrup -
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
6. 1 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. Filling: -
9. 1/2 cup butter, softened -
10. 2 cups confectioners' sugar -
11. 1 tablespoon water -
12. 1/2 teaspoon mint extract -
13. 3 drops green food coloring -
14. Topping: -
15. 1 package (10 ounces) mint chocolate chips -
16. 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, cubed -

How to cook deliciously - Mint Brownies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about five to seven minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the chocolate syrup and vanilla extract. Then add the flour and salt and mix well.

2. Stage

Pour the mint brownie batter into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake the brownies for 30 minutes. Then, cool the brownies on a wire rack.

3. Stage

In a small bowl, cream the butter and confectioners’ sugar. Then add the water, mint extract and food coloring until blended. Spread this filling over the cooled brownies. Lastly, refrigerate the brownies until set.

4. Stage

Melt the mint chocolate chips and butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Let the sauce cool down then spread it on the brownies. Cool and set the brownies by refrigerating them.
