How to cook deliciously - Mushroom cream soup

Chopping onions.

Press 2 cloves of garlic (the garlic opens up and gives off all the smell, aroma and flavor)

We put the frying pan on the fire, pour the oil on the heated frying pan.

Throw in the garlic and put it on medium heat.

Slice the mushrooms (you can cut them into four pieces or slices).

Pour the soup into a bowl. Garnish with breadcrumbs and a small handful of arugula.
