Ingredients for - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pie

1. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
2. White sugar - ⅔ cup
3. Chopped pecans - ⅔ cup
4. Rolled oats - ½ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. Butter, melted - ½ cup
7. Vanilla extract - ¼ teaspoon
8. Semisweet chocolate chips - ⅔ cup
9. Pie crust, baked and cooled - 1 (10 inch)

How to cook deliciously - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pie

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. Stage

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, pecans and oatmeal. Set aside.

3. Stage

In a separate bowl, mix eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Add to the dry mixture and mix well.

4. Stage

Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon into a pre baked 10 inch pie shell.

5. Stage

Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 25 minutes. It will still appear quite moist, but it will set up after it is removed from the oven.
