Ingredients for - Pasta Pomodoro

1. Angel hair pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - ¼ cup
3. Onion, chopped - ½
4. Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
5. Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced - 2 cups
6. Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
7. Low-sodium chicken broth - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Crushed red pepper to taste - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
9. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
10. Chopped fresh basil - 2 tablespoons
11. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pasta Pomodoro

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Stage

Pour olive oil in a large deep skillet over high-heat. Saute onions and garlic until lightly browned. Reduce heat to medium-high and add tomatoes, vinegar and chicken broth; simmer for about 8 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir in red pepper, black pepper, basil and cooked pasta, tossing thoroughly with sauce. Simmer for about 5 more minutes and serve topped with grated cheese.
