1. Pasta 8 ounces
2. Olive oil 4 tablespoons
3. Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
4. Whole corn kernels, cooked ½ cup
5. Tomatoes, chopped 4
6. Chopped green onions ½ cup
7. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
8. Salt to taste 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper to taste 1 teaspoon
10. Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon
11. Chopped fresh basil (Optional) 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Pasta with Fresh Tomatoes and Corn

1 . Stage

In a large pot with boiling salted water cook pasta until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried basil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the tomatoes, corn kernels, and scallions. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
