Ingredients for - Peaches & Cream Salad

1. 3 large peaches (about 1 lb. total), finely chopped  -
2. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar -
3. 1 c. whipped cream -
4. 1 c. whole plain Greek yogurt -
5. 3 tbsp. honey -
6. 1 tsp. amaretto or 1/2 tsp. almond extract -
7. 1/2 tsp. finely grated orange zest -
8. 1/8 tsp. grated fresh nutmeg -
9. 1/4 c. torn fresh mint leaves -
10. 1/4 c. crushed shortbread cookies -

How to cook deliciously - Peaches & Cream Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss peaches and granulated sugar. Let sit 10 minutes.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, in another large bowl, combine whipped cream, yogurt, honey, amaretto, orange zest, and nutmeg until smooth.

3. Stage

Spoon 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture in the bottom of each serving glass. Top with a layer of peaches and a light sprinkle of torn mint. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with crushed cookies and any remaining mint.
