1. 2 cups all-purpose flour -
2. 1 cup sugar -
3. 2 teaspoons baking powder -
4. 1 teaspoon baking soda -
5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger -
8. 1/2 teaspoon ground mace -
9. 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves -
10. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
11. 1-3/4 cups buttermilk -
12. 3 tablespoons canola oil -
13. 1-3/4 cups shredded peeled apples -
14. 1/2 cup chopped pecans -

How to cook deliciously - Pecan Apple Pancakes

1. Stage

In a large bowl, mix the first 9 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk and oil until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in the apples and pecans.

2. Stage

Lightly grease a griddle and heat over medium-low heat. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle. Cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown. Turn; cook until second side is golden brown.
