1. 1 1/2 c. soft coconut macaroon cookie crumbs -
2. 2 tbsp. margarine -
3. 2 package Philadelphia® Cream Cheese -
4. 1/2 c. sugar -
5. 1/2 tsp. lemon zest -
6. 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
7. 1/2 tsp. imitation vanilla -
8. 2 eggs -

How to cook deliciously - Philadelphia® 3-Step Lemon Cheesecake Bars

1. Stage

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Stage

Mix cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.

3. Stage

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

4. Stage

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.Each serving provides: 8%DV vitamin A, 0%DV vitamin C, 2%DV calcium, and 0%DV iron.
